Sleeping for England

Am about to start a series of blogs on our recent visit to San Francisco. I always say I don't get jet-lag. But.  Having arrived back on Tuesday morning, and gone more or less straight in the next day to chairing a session at the Green Corporate Energy conference on Wednesday, plus doing my first 'Elkington Interview' at the same event, featuring DESSO CEO Stef Kranendijk, I went to sleep last night - having listened to Jefferson Airplane's After Bathing at Baxters, just downloaded from iTunes, and finding I liked it even better than when I bought it in 1967, and then slept straight for 13 hours, waking at almost 1 in the afternoon. Couldn't believe it, even having checked the alarm clock, my watch and the BlackBerry.  Something in me seems to be trying to catch up with itself ...
